Delivery of accommodation is guaranteed by 4 p.m.

Accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 a.m., you can stay at the facility and use our services by paying daily admission

Keys should be returned to the front desk

Yes, animals are allowed throughout the facility except in the pool area

Yes, they are included in the price except for overnight stays in which a pet is present.

A midweek turndown service is provided for stays of at least 2 weeks and includes cleaning bathrooms and floors, changing sheets and making beds. Cleaning of dishes is not included

Directly at the front desk, at a cost of € 5.00 full bed change (sheets and pillowcase) and € 5.00 for full towel kit (towel and face cloth)

Yes, the accommodation has a barbecue that can be used near the veranda

All accommodations are at least 5 m apart from each other, there is also silence time within the facility, which is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 1:00 am to 7:00 am

It is possible to transit by car only to enter and leave the facility. One-car parking is provided near the accommodation

  2. Devi essere maggiorenne
  3. Se il pagamento automatico della rata non andasse a buon fine, avrai 24 ore di tempo per completare il pagamento direttamente dal tuo account Scalapay
  4. Se ciò non avverrà, Scalapay applicherà delle commissioni per ritardato pagamento come spiegato di seguito:
    • Pagamento effettuato entro la data di scadenza = nessun costo aggiuntivo!
    • Pagamento effettuato con oltre 1 giorno di ritardo = fino a 6 euro di costi aggiuntivi
    • Pagamento effettuato con oltre 1 settimana di ritardo = ulteriori 6 euro (in aggiunta alla prima commissione, fino ad un massimo di 12 euro per ogni pagamento)

Il costo totale delle commissioni non potrà superare il 15% del valore del prestito (seconda e terza rata).

    4. You will be charged the first installment on your card at the time of purchase. The next 2 installments will be charged to you monthly.

    • First installment: at the time of purchase
    • Second installment: 1 month from the day of purchase
    • Third and last installment: 2 months from the day of purchase.

Scalapay will inform you a few days before the due date of each installment via SMS and email.

  1. In case of return the payment plan will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount related to the installments already paid.
  2. You must be 18 years of age
  3. If the automatic installment payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment directly from your Scalapay account
  4. If this does not happen, Scalapay will charge late payment fees as explained below:
    • Payment made by the due date = no additional fees!
    • Payment made more than 1 day late = up to €6 additional cost
    • Payment made more than 1 week late = an additional €6 (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of €12 per payment)

The total cost of fees will not exceed 15% of the loan value (second and third installment).
